RE:RE:US May Halt Oil-Reserve Sales to Refill Depleted Stockpiles LOL. Nothing left in the reservoir.  The spr caverns can holdover 720 million barrels.  As of Nov 25, they held just. Shy of 400 million bbls.  Hardly empty.
