RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A mill means something , just ask OsiskoTannin, they have cut spending way back. The company owns a couple drills so they are now currently at work trying to get a better picture of what Barry underground actually looks like. Problem is they don't have an answer yet. Thats why three different possible production Scenerios (Open pit, Underground, both or seasonal mining). 

What's has it been now 4 years since the merger, 3, or is it 4 different management teams (i've lost count). Thousands of meters of drilling and they sill don't have a mining plan going forward. First it was Barry underground, then Moroy, Then Barry open pit, now it's back to Barry underground with 3 or 4 mining options depending on what they find. 

That alone should tell you these deposits aren't that great from an economics standpoint. You are correct, they need volume to make them more economical but they just don't have it. Again the issuw with narrow veins is getting enough of them mining at the same time. Maybe they should take stupids idea and move both drills off of Barry and move them too Moss. Thats where he seems to think the motherload is.
