The more I think about it...the more I wonder if there are in fact lots of possibilities. 

if the debenture holders and company do not come to an agreement...isn't the company bound to go bankrupt?? 

I mean based on the evidence in front of us, do we really think the company can get financing elsewhere? Idk if banks or lenders will be willing to give a loan to the company in its current state. 

So it really is negotiate and come to an agreement with the holders or nothing IMO...And, as of now, that seems highly unlikely...

I simply don't see the path forward I guess...maybe I'm being too negative
