Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

So my interpretation is that his projection is based on the whole trial running its course with no catalyst entering into play. Such as BTD, AA or even JV as that would be too speculative on his part . Which I think is very unlikely
