RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the million shares today ?FAIR VALUE ..THAT IS SO SIMPLE...wrote sidebet. Wow, really, then why are we still independent ? I/2 osk share for each btr, the previous offer, if repeated would leave btr owning 16% of total.....is that realistic given osk drill success ?  Would osk still consider previous offer reasonable ? If not, what would osk consider 'fair value' ? Would btr, who turned down previous offer, now accept it ? What would btr consider fair value ? And etc.....ie sidebet, 'fair value' is a very tough nut to crack. Finally, is big John even willing to talk to btr.....we stiffed him last time, and his offer was not stingy.
