Buyout suitorsI've been doing some research, and I think there are three companies that may try to acquire us. Grafoid(they already hold %10) of float, or focus graphite, or stria lithium. To me, these three seem tied and all linked together with braille. Don't forget stria just bought our Romer property also.
Focus and grafoid work together, grafoid developed "mesograf". And the spike in focus stock last week was odd.
Anyway, at this market cap, with the added bonus of the shareholder rights plan, I see good things!!!
Maybe they wand a focus\grafoid\stria mega company, if you get me. To merger all the companies together in a way to get the big attention and grants etc...
