Great post!  Generates discussion!

So, I'm always wondering if their biggest tax donor...such a friendly Mining company to pay so much in taxes up front during Covid..could Barrick be behind all the delays.  If they are, they could be doing it in such a way as to not involve the word "corruption".  Abinader may lose votes by NOT signing the permit and following his Country's own laws.
It's funny...Barrick got its tailings dam permission, yet here we are.  Maybe they are trying to wait GQC out until GQC runs outta money?  Barrick could sweep it up for pennies instead of dollars.  It all seems crooked to me...I'm hoping Agnico steps up and invests more into GQC!
But what do I know!  Just guessing.  So, I wait!GLTA!
