Regarding your investment methodology, what about the opportunity cost of having xx dollars tied up for years, on top of the apparent price of that investment decreasing massively over that time period....that's a double whammy. However, we're all different, and if your way works for you, that's all that counts...hope your current av price of BTR is low enough to benefit from whatever comes next........which i do think, as you've been saying, is a deal with osk.
