Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is a mutual fund. The Company invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share to yield 5.75% on the $10 repayment amount and to pay the holders $10 per Preferred share. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. The investment manager of the Company is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

The cycle!!..latest video, Dividend FFN and DF cycle.....

hi all, Well if you followed me on my post over the past few months from the cycle of $4 to $6 you made money if you took profits. I always provide the charts and you see the moves in these stocks. Today i had my shares in my account on FFN and also the cycle is going back up again into the month. The date for the next NET AVE is Dec.20th so get ready for another move higher. As for DF this is another great stock as we watched the cycle from $4 move over $5. If you took profits and remember this was a share price play not a dividend play you made money. see the latest two charts on FFN and DF the cycle is positive to the upside and another run for FFN. We did correct last week by Wednesday as this was a chance. I told everyone take profits when you need to. We het below $5 and came back up and the trend is to go higher.
