PartnerAssuming the processing technology works as advertised and with a pilot plant about to be commissioned, the next logical step has to be getting the LA processing plant built.  It will take a couple of years but you do need a lot of money and you can't raise via equity at this point without an incredible amount of dilution.

Looking at this board, people are really disappointed with all of the dilution that has happened in the past.  Can I ask what people think this company is worth if they found a partner to fund the development of the LA processing plant.  Say it was a large automaker or some other end user who provides the funding via a offtake agreement for future production.  This would be the only non-dilutive way they can do it as debt is a non-starter.

30+ mill market cap now ... is it worth 10X from here???  Just speculating as the direction for domestic North American supply is clearly priority for western governments.
