RE:The case of the vanishing buybackVery well said, being a large shareholder it irks me if what you posted is 100% accurate. That the buyback was used to allow management to sell at higher prices. If they simply stopped the buybacks for no good reason, then I would agree they have some explaning to do . The stock has been falling considerably over the last month due macroeconomic recession fears... but I think it's overblown and buyback program should be buying all the shares it can at these lower stock prices.
Hopefully we hear some good news soon and get an answer/explanation of this halt in the buyback program.
