I bought a bunch at $9.80 this morning

I bought a bunch at $9.80 this morningIt has high graded the Industrial portfolio.
It is thw only unaffilated Industrial REIT on the TSX.

I am confident of a takeover within 2 years @ $13 or $14.

In the meantime we get paid while we wait.
