You're wasting your time trying to get short-stack to acknowledge current information , it doesn't work in his world ending scenerio . Markets are either all doom and gloom or you can look past this short term noise of tax loss selling , short-stack is hoping for lower prices and thinks his revelations will move the market .
China is reopening , India's economy is in high gear and despite the smoke screen , NA and European employment remain strong (hard to have a recession with full employment) .
I look at the tech trade and just shake my head , every dip retail buys tech up and institutions keep selling into it . O&G is rolling in FCF with price support for the next couple of years easily , get off the tech treadmill with stocks valued at 30X forward sales and grab some shares of 3X earnings .
Very well said. In fact the tech selling and energy buying are happening silently in the background. But who is taking the advantage is a real question. By the time we hear of next energy or related commodity stock (oil, gas, uranium, lithium, silver, copper, etc) rally, most retail investors will be out and holding the tech baggage. On the other side all big investors will be pretty much fully in this sector.
