Don't forget that Biodexa will be 75% owned by Lind, Ladenburg Thalmann and the people LT brought in as "placees."

They could be in a position to take the company private by buying out the other 25% of ownership.

Today, because the market considers the "merger" to be so worthless, LLT & The Pees could pay twice or three times the market price and they'd have it all, privately, and for chicken feed.
