RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PPR DebtIt   is more  a case that when the current  debt  was  put on  by  Prudential  years ago  AROs  were not  considered to be  ranked ahead of  secured debt  but later Albertas Court ruled that to be the case . That makes it  difficult  to  secure a new lender  as they would   rank  behind the  ARO,s .
