The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

It's a thinly traded platform for those traders who brokerage accounts can't access the higher volume Canadian exchange.  It may take a long time to fill an order as in days or weeks, and so the price can flucuate wildly.
