Don't listen to these analysts.... if he tells 7 dollar rise by summer, the chances are that we will see 20 dollars rise within a month. The logic here is that none of the analysts knows what is going to happen exactly..... US's restriction on Chinese travellers may be another attempt to pull on the oil price hike.... Indirectly US is not accepting China to open before they fill back the SPR.
