The results of research, re: Affinity and TraceSafeThis will be the first of a few posts breaking down some research. More in the New Year as I try to unpack where the company is actually at right now and speculate on what things will look like in the near future. Might sometimes be long reads so bear with me. -----
Re AESI --
-I communicated with someone related to Hakken Capital who said AESI is proceeding with the IPO, but is waiting for a completed audit. That makes a lot of sense. Everything is proceeding as it should here and we should see more on this in the coming months.

About Tracesafe,
-I see on CEO.CA that someone has suggested Carbon Shift is no longer involved with Sixth Wave. Because it took only a few moments of googling to find out about this, I partly fault myself for asking this out loud on this forum; The
website's own announcement about its name change says this:
"The name ‘TraceSafe’ will continue to be used to create and market the company’s safety and efficiency solutions based on IoT Technology and wearables." IOW they're not ceasing operations related to TraceSafe. Probably including SIXW's.

On Quantum Labs,
-It turns out that, according to publicly available records from New Mexico's licensing authority for cannabis, Nicholas Montoya and his company, Quantum Labs, does exist.
However, it is NOT in Rio Rancho. It is in Albuquerque! The license was granted in August of 2022, around the time Sixth Wave was said to have visited Nick.
The license page Before I found this, I contacted clerks, city planning representatives and the Sandoval County office in Rio Rancho who told me that they couldn't find a business under the name Quantum Labs. So, I think the company needs to contact Nick and clarify if he is okay with them publishing updated information in the next Co update (if another is written), because I could see this causing concern for new investors.

Green Envy, I have no idea. They are formally called GE Cannabis Group. A few notes below...
-Based on
a forum post I found from Future4200, Green Envy -may- be the parent company of a cannabis processor and seller called "How Smooth It Is", with operations listed as Riverdale, Michgan (
location referred to by the forum poster along with the name Green Envy). Based on
https://contracts.justia.com/companies/pocket-shot-co-2935/contract/216059/ "How Smooth It Is" has run into a legal affair with a co. they owed money to called "Pure Harvest".
-I don't know what size or scale of business Muru in Portland is. I couldn't find its production operations; only owner Jesse Hererra's name and what looks like an apartment/office building he is likely doing admin work from. So impossible to tell what revenue from this location looks like for SIXW without any visible indications of operation scale.
-I couldn't find reviews of products under the Muru brand name on Reddit or on cannabis reviewing sites. Only this one page reviewing one of their
Syrup varieties. If someone who knows cannabis social media better than I do can one-up me here I'm all ears and would appreciate it.
-Re: GECG's MA location. I found t
his building listed as being the place where Green Envy is licensed to according to the state of MA's public records. They share space with another cannabis processing firm called "Emerald Grove Inc" at the same address in Wareham Street, Middleborough, MA. Given the development date (March 7 2022), and
documents of interactions of local government with GE in early 2021, we are given a chronology of events that suggests operations in MA are relatively fresh.
IOW, all in all parts of Green Envy haven't been sailing in smooth water recently and others appear to still be new/developing - if I am understanding this all correctly. And since they already have SIXW's hardware according to SIXW's own press releases, it looks like how much SIXW benefits from business with GE is basically bottlenecked by where GE is at.

-A company Sixth Wave has alluded to but not named before could be the cannabis subsidiary of Creso Pharma, called Mernova, which is located in NS. The other subsidiary of Creso is Halucenex, who SIXW signed a LOI with. Creso posts about developments with Halucenex and Mernova on its twitter, and TBH I haven't really read into both these developments enough to determine if they pursued anything with SIXW and are just being quiet about it.
SIXW's NR <-- where this alluding happens. Creso's twitter is easily googled.
Sorry I could not give a more concrete picture of where things are based on this - only enough information that possibly we could determine what the chances of future revenue for Sixth Wave, or possibly what it has been since the August statements.
Happy New Years to all, and good - well needed - luck.
