Friday night, before a long weekend, after markets close

Friday night, before a long weekend, after markets closeis the favoured time for Hexo to issue negative news - although tonto and quinlashes have made strong arguments to support their position that Hexo has no preferred day of the week - any day will do.

So, holding to that Friday tradition - Hexo for some odd reason field it's AGM and 'Special Meeting' notice for January 31, 2023.
Why would they do this on a long weekend - it's usually in the hope that the negative news will have dissipated by Tuesday opening, but why a simple announcement of the date and time of the AGM?
hmmmmmmmm

Could be the 'Special Meeting' portion I guess - tehd etails for which they dont disclose, but given the overall circumstances would probably relate to a new financing of some sort - or the return of SSL, the visionary leader who quinlashes says ' we owe everything to this man for getting Hexio tot he place it is today'

God Bless SSL
