The Company holds approximately 515,000 net acres of natural gas, NGLs and oil properties located in the Appalachian Basin, primarily in West Virginia and Ohio.

Doesn't the very fact that you are implying he is buying because of them show how material it would be????!!!!!!

What Is Material News? Material news is news that a company releases that might affect the value of its securities or influence investors' decisions. It is any type of news that directly relates to the company's business, and depending on the news, it will move the company's share price up or down.
