RE:RE:RE:Its time for more positive news.
RE:RE:RE:Its time for more positive news.Yes, very sad and pathetic.
None of what the company says jibes with their actions.
Take this for example:
WASHINGTON, D.C. – TheNewswire – June 7, 2022 - Western Magnesium Corporation (TSXV:WMG.V); (OTC:MLYF); (Frankfurt:3WM) (“Western Magnesium” or the “Company”) is celebrating unprecedented success in the production of magnesium metal at its commercial pilot plant. Management is excited that its proprietary continuous reactor is operating as designed, maintaining target temperature and pressure while allowing for continuous feed, discharge, and magnesium production. Achieving silicothermic reduction in a continuous reactor is a milestone that has never been accomplished globally to date, and the Company looks forward to the next steps of demonstration that will take place. Sounds good right?
Also sounds like a significant milestone, no?
''Never been accomplished globaly to date''.
WOW!
SOUNDS YOOUGE!!!
“The success of our magnesium production that we are seeing at our commercial pilot plant ushers in a new era for Western Magnesium and the United States,” said Western Magnesium’s Executive Chairman Ed Lee. “I am humbled by both the management and operations team, and their continued drive to challenge the status quo and develop this unparalleled technology. We are closer than ever to exhibiting how America can run metal production operations in an environmentally sound and sustainable way.” A new era?
Like since the pyramids, Romans, Ming Dynasty???
Then this:
WASHINGTON, D.C. – TheNewswire - November 22, 2022 – Western Magnesium Corporation (WMC) (TSXV:WMG.V); (Frankfurt-3WM); (OTC:MLYF) (“Western Magnesium” or the “Company”) announces the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) will be held on March 7th, 2023.
The July 25th, 2022, August 3rd, 2022, and September 1st, 2022AGM’s were cancelled due to significant milestones that required additional time to complete which were relevant for discussions with shareholders. Huh?
So big amazing unprecedented breakthrough in the history of the globe and you had to cancel annual meetings?
Sorry, just doesn't wash.
Obviously they could have held the meeting as scheduled, crowed about this enormous success blah blah blah and carried on.
Instead they had to make it obvious with their actions that there is something rotten in the state of Denmark.
Directors affraid of getting booted, is that why they ran and hid?
Yes, pathetic.
