NSR $ 0.24cdn / share (15 .0 million ( low ! ))
Nelligan :
VSR share 1,250,000 million ounces of gold -new update = 5 million ounces ( low !! )
absolute low value to be paid for gold in the ground ( given the horrible gold market for juniors
and current investment sentiment)
= $70.00 cdn / ounce ( very very low !!!!!)
which equates to $ 87.5 cdn million (vsr share) or
$1.41 / share
Total LOW BALL VALUE = $1.70 cdn /share
This is the bottom from where we start - obviously VSR is insanely undervalued , especially as gold is currently trading at $ 1840 / ounce US
