Boring wins

Boring winsSo many investors were crushed last year playing the meme stocks, crypto, weed, tech, EV plays even crude once it started to capture media attention. But MRT started and finished the year around the same price but paid steady distributions of 4.5%. Boring beat almost everything last year including the worst of them... GIC's

Going forward, we may see some new money looking for more boring plays. Enter MRT... still at pandemic levels, paying every month and whose shares are slowing being acquired by MRC. Personally, I think this is the year for airlines and travel to enjoy a big rebound.but beaten up REITs are not far behind. GLTA.
