Cantex Mine Development Corp. is an exploration stage company. Its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits, and it is considered to be at the exploration stage. It is focused on its 100% owned 20,000-hectare (ha) North Rackla Project located about 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Mayo in the Yukon Territory, Canada where high-grade massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. Over 60,000 meters of drilling has defined high grade silver-lead-zinc-germanium mineralization over 2.3 km of strike length and 700 meters depth. It has a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Nevada. It has two projects in Yemen: Al Hariqah (Gold) and Al Masna (Nickel, Copper, Cobalt). The Al Hariqah is a near-surface gold deposit located about 130 km northwest of Sana’a, Yemen. The Al Masna’a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region some 205 km north-northwest of the capital city, Sana’a.

RE:RE:RE:RE:what are they holding back? 2300 meters drill defined lengthBought 100k shares MTX that are in the black since last year. It's my larger position in CD that is becoming an annoyance. No one minds a buy and hold strategy. The only problem is that we have no visibility as to what Chuck thinks is a fair price to unload. I had a friend who invested heavily as CEO of a Canadian junior gold mining company in 2010. He gave up his investment banking career for half a decade and only exited in 2016 and sold the company when there was a run up in the price of gold. I get the same eerie feeling that Chuck is waiting for a silver run to $35 or higher to begin serious discussions with a potential buyer. Unlike my friend, Chuck does not need the money and could theoretically stick around with this dig indefinitely. It's great to be invested to show your commitment to the project. But, its detrimental to the rest of us plebe shareholders as there is no communication or sense of urgency to get this thing into a JV or outright sale. Your pushing 80 sir. Time stops for no one. Let's get er done.
