I think Map knows the rules, not sure about others in the neighborhood ? ..if no talks are going on and the phone rings, then it would be then he would have a black out period. Howver my concerns are more that BTR understands that someone may want BTR too cheap. Map should be watching closely who bought up the mmcap shares in bulk.
