RE:RE:RE:FURTHER THOUGHTS$400 million is the difference between what Bombardier and Alstom valued the rail division.  In my opinion a middle ground will be reached.  Both companies gain.  Bombardier will get some money and Alstom gets to keep some.  This dispute is not a lawsuit and as per the sale contract deal there is a arbitration mechanism to address this difference. 

Not getting the $400 million is already reflected on Bombardier sp so if they get any, then its a plus.  Alstom had a lot time to go over the rail divsion books to find excuse to under value the sale.  And Bombardier wants this chapter closed.  The longer this drags the longer it will hang over both companies.  Both companies will compromise on the amount to get over this.  Just my opinion.
