Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Well I posted premarket with the futures showing a nice response to the jobs numbers. Contrary to what you are suggesting we did see a nice little pop out of the gate, but I guess you could suggest its all semantics. In any event, as also noted the Canadian numbers came in hotter than expected and I wondered if we would remain in tandem with the U.S. Over all, I believe both reports are quite favorable and I do believe it puts us in a slightly better place then yesterday going forward. While I get the "good news is bad new" narrative I think you will start to see that sentiment changing as we see inflationary pressures weakening. I think if you can maintain reasonable employment conditions while inflation is taming you get the goldilocks markets are looking for. We got that in spades today. Don't forget, one day up or down is somewhat irrrelevant, watch for trends, much more important. I think you will start to see a bit more bullish commentary coming out in the next few weeks given what we have seen today.
