Makes no difference.  A corporate presentation intended to highlight the value of Treaty Creek to a prospective new TUD investor/shareholder isn't some game show hide and seek deal, it's about building trust and credibility of management in the value of their project to attract buyers.  Put the material facts front and center or look shady and lose the confidence of the market in your operation.

DD shouldn't discover major and critical facts, it should round out our understanding of the risks and and details of an investment.  Lazy ... pffffft.
