RE:Seen this movie beforeAnyone notice the passenger travel data for the holiday season?... 50% more than pre-covid levels. Nice pop in the airlines as expected.

HOT should see a similar rise soon. I think many investors are waiting to see if the Jan distribution gets that 10% with-holding tax. Either way, HOT is still dirt cheap.

Restos are already rocking. Airlines are currently making a comeback. Hotels and REITS still lagging but are closer to the end of their down cycle than the beginning.
