I went into Rona to buy a 2 x 4 the other day..yikes...I would not want to build a new house let alone a new pharma manufacturing facility from the ground up at today inflated goods pricing. They will save millions modifying an exsisiting building in construction and real estate costs. I am surprised they did not make mention of it in a PR though. $100,000 deposit if fully refundable....
