VitalHub Corp. (VHI - TSX)
2022 marked a challenging year for technology stocks, with an average loss of 43% in our Canadian software basket. Notably, consensus revenue estimates have largely remained intact, such that the decline is mostly attributable to an >40% decline in EV/Sales multiples. Ironically, this has taken place as sector profitability is improving. Despite macro uncertainty, with growth largely intact, profitability improving and multiples highly depressed, we expect a bounce back year in 2023 and are laying out our favourite names - Converge, Copperleaf, Docebo and VitalHub.

Actual report refers to investments made in marketing and sales that have not paid off yet.
