Tax sellers back

Those who sold last month and claim a tax loss are now able to buy back now and wait for the inevitable rise. Volume seems to support this theory. Unfortunately, it seems as if it could be a slow climb, but climb it will. GLTAL (Good to see Oldsnagger back!)
