Abe and LS met more than once.

In the same article it sounds like Joes Santos is pushing for a decision from Abinader. The hints to arbitration might help. I like the way LS uses arbitration without using arbitration. It is like "It's not me , but if my Board decides to go to arbitration it is out of my hands and I don't want to, because everybody loses". Perfect.
