Where's my dividends?

Where's my dividends?I uswed to get  23 cents a month while they used the stock like a credit card. Now I get 3.5 cents and they have stopped with the credit card but .... Check out the OIH. Its soaring while oils are nothing for past 6 months. Somebody is getting screwed! I think it's me!!!
