I own CSH (low $8 average). Do not own SIA but do have EXE shares (bought during the pandemic when everyone thought they were going to 0).
 
These talking heads on BNN like to trash talk the government run nursing homes because of rising input costs. Inflation target of 2% is far too agressive for the FED to achieve near term so our governments will have no choice but to eventually up the average bed cost too.

She owns CSH.UN instead. Divested from long-term care, now 100% private pay. LTC is subsidized by the government. Both are facing higher wages and input costs, and it will take a while for occupancy to ramp up.
