In a press conference, they argued that the extraction of ortho in the mine would cause serious damage to agricultural production in the area.

Recently, President Luis Abinader led the act of delivering checks to 13 livestock associations and cooperatives of agricultural producers for an amount of RD$13,939,541.36 for the execution of the Plan for the Transformation of the Energy Matrix of milk collection centers.
With this delivery of checks, the first stage of the 30 dairy collection centers that will switch from conventional electric energy to photovoltaic or solar energy begins to be completed, which are distributed in all the cattle-raising areas of the country.
