RE:RE:RE:Be kind to Bealert"The funny part is Howie convinced the rest of the board (which are probably under his thumb) that they didn't need an upfront payment that they could wait to get a larger royalty instead.  Example number 109 of his complete incompetence and lack of experience.  He could have gotten an upfront to continue operations until the royalty stream kicked in and looked after the shareholders - but nope.... let's do everything wrong they possible could - didn't release the deal details, didn't get an upfront - basically didn't do much of anything except drive the shareprice into the ground with a major deal in hand."

how dou you know that?

isn't it much more likely that the deal is worth as much as its upfront payment?

and up to 100x less than they told us
