They did a pre-emptive strike IMO on any negative placed news and certainly caught those shorts off guard.
I don't think there is anything material coming out of the release unless done prior.
There is that 400 million and see if it is a full return. That's already accounted for in the filings but not able to be used.
The ideal scenario would be to come up with some good material news prior to financials.
Will there be sell on news as there usually is would be another possibility.
