It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

I find it very curious that Bigggold2 is adopting such a pessimistic view on this forum regarding a buy-out, given that his posting on Reddit seems to convey something very different.

For example, he refers to the prior posting there from CHAL 89 as beeing on the money, but just 6 months early, That posting was seven months ago, and CHAL was predicting something within a few weeks.

That would imply something happening soon.

In referring to Cynthia, he writes:

"Totally stirling in the mining industry. She wants to do 2 things with the LME property : drill holes it in and sell it. She hasn't turned a drill in quite some time and hasn't published a plan to do so. That only leaves..."

What does that suggest?

There are lots of other things in that posting (which, BTW I agree with) that are inconsistent with the sudden pessimism.

I share your suspicions regarding his motivations.
