RE:Wall at 75 cents !!!OK , 1.1 million on the ask @.75. We have traded more than 3 times that today. so maybe not so big. 
Also consider that if you are a larger  or institutional investor, do you want to keep picking up 5k or 
10 k here or there or would you like to be able to grab 1 million shares just like that !
