It has a 100% interest in 12 mineral tenements located in Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil, known as the RN property. The Company also has interests in Joaima and Vertex Projects in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Results from geochemist-ground reconnaissance and mapping at 3 of Spark Energy Minerals' (EMIN.c MTEHF) Brazillian Lithium/REE licenses could be catalysts for the company to look out for.

Samples have been sent out for independent analysis. This includes testing for LCT pegmatites.

Results should be delivered before the end of the quarter.
