Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. if the company (a company that is unusually "optimistic" and it never works out) that speaks to the FDA... specifically states through its cheif medical officer that it will not end early... You can run stats until the cows come home but.... it's probably not ending early. But you do you and shill what you like.

Do the math on whether 170+ 90 "confirms" > 10% on 170+ 150 even if the last 60 (of which 20 are control) all die.
