Based on the 315.72% premium mentioned in the press release I think the 240,723,143 number is correct, in regards to the announcement. A 315.72% premium of .05 (closing price) equates to 0.158 per share which is in line with the 240 Mil share number. All this could change with trading until, or if, the deal closes. I would think Braxia needs share holder approval. GLTA
