RE:From the horse’s mouthI agree but if you think about it REVworx will be the stepping stone that allows prospective TELOA prospects to see the technology in a real setting and can retain Enwave to produce small runs of the prospects products before contracting for equipment and licencing.
Think....they already had the space in Richmond and repurposed it for REvWorx. Enwave has invested the capital to upgrade the RevWorx production bay to Health Canada standards....they have the personnel to run the Rev equipment ......and have the food scientist to work with the potential TELOA client, and if Revworx can be self supporting at toll drying it will be a bonus.
Enwave can repurpose the 2x60 Kwt machines in Ferndale which probably have a book value of zero after all the accumulated depeciation.
Enwave has been very successful at what I call " Sell and Resell " program maketing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think in the last few years they sold a number of large machines (100-120 Kwt) that were fully paid for and never installed and commissioned, Enwave bought them back from struggling Cannabis producers for substantial discounts and then resold the REv machines at full margins+
Nice business if you can get it.
My hope is that Brent and crew can wind down NutriDried at very little or no cost to the bottom line.
Time will Tell!!!
