This would be the last day for validation of above $1 on NAS.

Its ten business days above $1 so another week I think . This is really deflection as it is not a threat as delisting takes forever. It will be pumped as a victory if they stay above for ten days.... really not impressive for a stock down 90% of its high ..

That is the only reason that we are seeing a flurry of NR this week. Price support.
At 9am, CAN$ bid price is C$1.48 on TSX
But US$ 0.98 on NASDAQ. Lets see what the closing will be on NASDAQ. This would be the last day for validation of above $1 on NAS.

I too agree with you. I'm long in both PYR and HPQ I didnt like this paragraph, "This assumes successful testing which, although we are confident in, is not guaranteed as there are many uncertainties yet to be addressed before we can say with confidence that we have a successful process to commercialize.”
I think they came out with this PR to keep the price above $1.00 to be in compliance with Nasdaq
