RE:Management and CARA from a few years ago

MyNameIsNobody wrote: Mauserintime954 mentionned the CARA in anotther posting and even though it's for sure a money grab from ownership and management I kind of blame myself for not having taking action and sold when I first heard from it.

I saw this as a signal that they, management and ownership, viewed the stock as overvalued but that they couldn't say so on the open market. (CARA meant 'time to sell' even if they didn't say it... and if we go with 'follow the money', they were telling everyone what to do very clearly)

My greed prevented me from acting on this, so I blame myself a lot more than I blame them.

To people that owned the stock then, do you solely blame management and ownership for having asked for the CARA or do you blame yourself for not having read the signal right... or acted upon that signal?

It's water under the bridge now but back then it was disastrous.

Back then a few buddies ( where I first heard about the bomber ) who "assured" me the bomber would never go under , also suggested I sell  shares while the bomber " cleans up their mess" ... I did not sell and missed out on a great profit-taking oppurtunity but it's ok ... BTW these "friends" also suggested I jump into SHOP around Christmas time ... my take on many conversations with members in the financial industry is that they do have advanced knowledge but they keep it to themselves until it's time to unload ... that is why I preach " I trust me " because at the end of the day we are small fish and we have to fend for ourselves in order to survive ...
