At this level, a 2% capital increase would hardly do any good. A normal loan would probably not be accepted by any bank. Another government loan is probably not available on request. And if nevertheless, then surely not fast enough. Bureaucracy takes time.

I really wonder how this is supposed to work. What do you think is most likely?
