RE:RE:Final rejection Biggest part of the rejection to me is that the taste and smell of tobacco is subjective, and therefore not patentable.    From the content of this rejection and the other one, it seems like TAAT is just not patentable.  Even the overall process is not that unique according to the rejection letters.  

Maybe taste just wins the day,  Can this be the next Coke of smokes or just some other brand in the annals of history?  I suppose we'll just have to see the big surprise on Feb 8th.
