It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Thanks for the updated insider buys. Thats really a good sign.
Won't be long before institutional buyers jump in.
Those massive Short sellers could get really squeezed as, Parent keeps taking any sell orders of even modest size.

Burquitlam Plaza is getting good attention too. Thats a massive value proposition.
