RE:RE:Final rejection I don't think it's vague claims that worries the examiner, it's the all encomapssing ones that cover any product in that market space. I thought DeFrank was a better attorney than this, the manner in which they were rejected seems to vastly overstepping the reach of what an experiend patent attorney would have known are poor arguments,. Patent the process and formula, but just like Coke, there will be formulas similar to TAAT out there. Hopefully they can keep improving to make the 'unpatentanle' concept moot.
